Cheesy Scrambled Egg..

I love to cook for people that i LOVE.. and cooking is my passion.. so that's why i came out with this name..

from kitchen with LOVE.. :) isn't cooking is one of the best way to show your love to your loved ones?

ok ok.. nuff said.. here's my first recipe..


Did you know that EGGS are a nutritional powerhouse providing 18 different of vitamins and minerals, high quality protein and important antioxidants? They make a fantastic fuel boost to start your family's day..

Serves: 3

Ingredients:
Eggs:  6 nos
Dutch Lady Fresh Milk: 100ml
Cheesedale Cheese: 2 slice
President Butter: 1 tbsp
McCormick Oregano: add to taste
Salt and Pepper: add to taste

Directions:
  1. Mix whole eggs in a bowl and whisk in milk, shredded cheese, oregano, salt and pepper.
  2. Add butter into a preheat saucepan and pour in the eggs’ mixture.
  3. Cook mixture by stirring gently in low heat until almost set.
  4. Turn off the heat.
Tips: DO NOT overcook the scrambled egg as when the yolk of the egg is broken (when the eggs are scrambled) and exposed to high heat, the PROTEIN and FAT of the eggs are damaged.

Total Carbs per serving: 2.03g
